Solution:

1. Download the zip file, and then unzip it. You'll get a TIF image file named 'stego7.tif' like below.
   

   

2. This time, we need Adobe Photoshop to help us to solve this. You can download the CS2 old version but free to use here: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=cs2_downloads
3. Open the file with Photoshop. There are three layers in this image.

   

4. Disable the visibility of Layer 1, then you'll find the answer.
